Volvo XC40 HOP Line
The HOP line was a part of a bigger scope in the Volvo Cars factory in Ghent, Belgium. This HOP line is an automated robotic line that puts all Hang on parts on the door with robots. Hang on parts are Doors, Hood, Tailgate etc. Also, some ARC welds are done by robots before the hang on parts are mounted. The HOP line is considered the last step in the Body shop.
